THE LIST GROWS, THE BUSINESS DOESN'T

A full stack of business cards is not a market opportunity.

A trade fair brings in twenty or thirty serious contacts from Riyadh, Dubai and Doha. The team returns to the work that was waiting for it: orders, production, existing customers. The contacts from the fair wait their turn, not because they aren't worth the attention, but because no one has the time to follow up on them. By the time you get to them, the opportunity is already with someone faster. Sometimes you do get there in time, send everything they ask for, and still nothing.

A TEAM THAT ALREADY KNOWS THE GULF MARKET

You don't have to build a new team to enter the Gulf.

Your team already has its hands full. Opening the Gulf market requires additional preparation and targeted conversations with people in Dubai, Riyadh or Doha, conducted over weeks or months.

KORIDOR works alongside your commercial team as an external partner for the Gulf market. You keep control over the product, the price and the business decisions; KORIDOR leads the preparation, the communication and the development of qualified opportunities.

Commercial and regional experience

Amar Jusufspahić lived and worked for more than three years in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, where he led business development and the representation of regional companies in Gulf markets. He conducts conversations with buyers from the region out of personal knowledge of the social and business context, not out of theory.

To start, it is enough to show us your product. Together we define the goal, and KORIDOR leads the market process.

THE PATH TO A MARKET PARTNER

We lead the market process. You keep control.

KORIDOR takes over the day-to-day market work needed to get from your product to a qualified partner in the Gulf. Your team stays involved in the way that suits your organization, with regular insight into progress and full control over all business decisions.

01

Show Us Your Product

Send a link, a catalog or a short presentation. After reviewing it, we hold a brief call to understand your goal and agree on how we will work together. We ask for additional information only when it is needed for the next step.

02

We open and lead the conversations

KORIDOR finds relevant importers, distributors or buyers, prepares the approach and leads direct communication throughout the entire engagement. We use trade fairs when they can speed up the process, but we also start and develop conversations independently of fair events.

03

Together we develop the opportunity for cooperation

Your team has insight from the start. When serious interest appears, we jointly assess the basis for cooperation and lead the key conversations. KORIDOR coordinates meetings, samples, offers, partner vetting and negotiations toward a first order or a cooperation agreement.

Your team keeps control of the offer and the business decisions. We take over the complete work on the ground up to the first order.

WHAT KORIDOR TAKES ON

From preparing the offer to developing a market partnership.

We tailor every engagement to your company's product and goal. KORIDOR connects preparation, market work and the development of a business opportunity into one clear process, while your team has regular insight and keeps control over business decisions.

Preparing the product and the offer

We review the product, price, capacity, documentation and delivery terms. Together with your team, we prepare the information and commercial terms a partner needs in order to seriously assess cooperation.

Finding and developing the opportunity into cooperation

We identify importers, distributors or buyers that match the product and conduct targeted communication with the people who can make a decision. We schedule meetings, send samples and offers, carry out initial partner vetting and lead negotiations toward a first order or a cooperation agreement.

Trade fair and field representation

We prepare conversations before the event, represent the company within the agreed scope and bring every relevant conversation to a clear next step. The engagement can be individual or joint with complementary companies.

Preparation for halal certification

When a halal certificate is a condition for cooperation or for entering a selected market, KORIDOR helps your team prepare the required documentation and organize the internal steps for certification. We align the procedure with a certification body recognized in the target market, while the formal audit and the certificate are carried out and issued by an authorized certification body.

Not sure exactly what you need? Show us the product and the goal, and we will propose the right path to the market.

TRADE FAIR REPRESENTATION

Be present where your buyers are, without sending your whole team.

When a trade fair is part of the market plan, KORIDOR leads the preparation, the conversations and the follow-up, while the offer and the terms remain yours.

Individual representation

A presence dedicated exclusively to your company. We lead the preparation, the trade fair conversations and every subsequent step afterward.

Joint presence

Several complementary, non-competing companies share the cost of the presence, and each keeps its own identity, its own offer and a separate overview of its results.

BEFORE

Before the fair

We define the goal, select relevant companies and contacts, prepare the materials and initiate communication. When possible, we schedule conversations before the event begins.

DURING

During the fair

KORIDOR represents the company within the agreed mandate and the organizer's rules. We conduct targeted conversations and record what the buyer is looking for, whether there is a basis for cooperation and what the next step is.

AFTER

After the fair

We continue communication with the relevant contacts: we send additional information, samples and offers and schedule the next meetings. We take initial interest toward a clear decision on whether the conversation should continue.

The result is not an unstructured list of contacts. You get an overview of the relevant conversations, an assessment of the quality of interest, agreed next steps and clearly identified opportunities that deserve follow-up.

THE COST OF A CONVERSATION LEFT UNANSWERED

When the conversation goes quiet, you lose in both directions.

Samples sent, the conversation held, an enquiry left without a timely answer, and the buyer in Riyadh or Dubai moves on to the supplier who was better prepared. Or you may well have been ready, sent the samples and the documentation straight away, invested the time and met every requirement, and then your counterpart simply stopped replying.

In both cases the opportunity dies in silence. Not because no one was persistent, but because no one recognised in time who was genuinely serious. A product with real potential should not be left without an opportunity only because that becomes visible too late.

FROM WATCHING THE MARKET TO A MARKET PARTNERSHIP

The first deal is closed. The partner is on the ground.

You know who the partner is, what their role is and what is expected of both sides. On the table is the first concrete result: a trial order, a first delivery or a distribution agreement, proof that the cooperation has begun, not just been announced. You also know the next step: which buyers and channels you open next and who leads the communication.

From a company watching Gulf markets from a distance, you become a company with a partner on the market, a concrete business relationship and a clear plan for further development.

THE FIRST STEP

Show us your product. We will prepare the next step.

To start, a link, a catalog or a short product presentation is enough. We will review the available information and tell you whether there is a real basis for an engagement, which questions need clarifying and what the most sensible next step is.

If there is a basis for cooperation, you will receive a written proposal with the target market, the scope of work, responsibilities, timelines and the price.

The first contact does not require a long questionnaire or complete documentation. If we don't see a real basis for cooperation, we will tell you so before you incur any larger cost.

    BEFORE WE START

Clear answers before you make a decision.

Before an engagement begins, you will know the goal, the scope of work, the responsibilities, the timelines, the price and what is not included. Below are answers to the questions companies most often ask before entering a new market.

    Which companies is KORIDOR for?

We work with manufacturers and B2B suppliers from Serbia and the Balkans who have a clearly defined product and are considering business development in Gulf markets. We assess every engagement based on the product, capacity, market potential and the company's readiness for cooperation.

Which Gulf markets do you work in?

We focus on the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. For each product, we choose the initial market based on the buyer profile, regulatory requirements, logistics and the realistic possibility of reaching suitable partners. We do not present all four markets as equally suitable for every product.

Do you work only through trade fairs?

No. We conduct direct communication with potential partners throughout the entire engagement. We include a trade fair when it can speed up access to relevant buyers, enable higher-quality conversations or reduce the cost of market presence.

Does trade fair representation have to be joint?

No. A company can choose individual representation of its own offer only. We organize a joint presence only for a small number of complementary companies that are not competitors and address a similar buyer profile.

Does KORIDOR guarantee a partner or a sale?

We cannot guarantee a buyer's decision, a signed contract or a sale. We take responsibility for the agreed preparation, finding and qualifying partners, market communication, documentation and continuously managing the next steps.

How involved does our team have to be?

We agree the level of involvement based on your organization and available capacity. KORIDOR can take over most of the day-to-day market work, while your team keeps insight and makes the decisions on the product, the price, the contract and the terms of cooperation.

How do you vet a potential partner?

We first check business relevance, market role, sales channel, interest and basic capacity for cooperation. When formal legal, financial, reputational or other expert checks are needed, we coordinate them with qualified partners.

    Does KORIDOR issue halal certificates?

No. KORIDOR can help with preparing the documentation, organizing the internal steps and monitoring the procedure. The formal audit and the certificate are carried out and issued by an authorized certification body recognized in the target market.

How does cooperation begin and how is the price set?

Send us a link, a catalog or a short product presentation. After an initial review and a brief call, you will receive a written proposal with the goal, the scope of activities, responsibilities, timelines and the price. No activity begins before your approval.
